KasiD Township Delivery Service Refund Policy

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your KasiD Wallet within a certain amount of days.

4. KasiD Wallet:

  • All refunds will be directly deposited into your KasiD Wallet. You can use the balance for future purchases or services with KasiD Township Delivery Service.
  • Funds in the KasiD Wallet can be used at any time and do not expire.

5. Refund Time Frame:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the refund request is approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your KasiD Wallet may vary based on processing times.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items may be exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are typically non-refundable. We will clearly list any non-refundable items on our platform.

7. Modification of Policy:

  • KasiD Township Delivery Service reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes by posting the new policy on our platform.
